How do I choose a bubble mailer size?

Go by the usable interior, which is about 1" shorter than the exterior. Your item’s width plus twice its thickness must fit the usable width.

Kraft or poly bubble mailer?

Both use the same 3/16" bubble lining. Kraft has a natural paper look; poly bubble mailers resist moisture better.
