Mailer size guide
Pick by the usable interior, not the outside size. It is about 1" shorter than the exterior because of the seal. For thick items, width + 2 × thickness must fit.

Flat poly mailers, listed by exterior size. Usable length is a little shorter than the exterior because of the seal flap, so allow some extra length for your item.

How to measure
01Measure the itemLength and width of the largest side, plus thickness. Use inches.
02Add the thickness twiceWidth + 2 × thickness must fit the usable width.
03Compare to usable sizeLength must fit the usable length, not the exterior.
04Between two sizes?Size up for boxed or rigid items; stay tight for soft goods.
